Founding President/CEO

For the past 40 years, Naseem International School has been providing excellent education to students from Nursery to Grade 12. Our dual language school is highly respected and accredited by the Ministry of Education of the Kingdom of Bahrain, as well as by the Middle States Association (MSA), the Council of International Schools (CIS), and we have recently applied for NEASC accreditation.

We are proud to be one of only thirty schools worldwide authorized to offer all four IB Programmes and the only school in the Kingdom authorized to offer the PYP, MYP, DP, and CP. Our High School Diploma is recognized by the Bahrain Ministry of Education as equivalent to the Bahrain Secondary Diploma. Our students can choose from various study courses, including the NIS Diploma, the IB Diploma, the Career-Related Programme, or BTEC Business or BTEC Art and Design.

We launched our STEAM Maker-space in September 2018 to provide our students with an engaging, play-based, and trans-disciplinary approach to teaching and learning. The Maker-space is designed to integrate the areas of Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics, and to mentor our students to become lifelong learners and productive members of society.

We are proud of our exceptional student, Marah Ayman Abu Adeya, who achieved a perfect score of 45/45 in the May 2018 IB exam session and was invited to be part of the IB Alumni network of 70,000 people worldwide. Building a theatre for my students has always been a dream of mine, as it would provide them with the chance to develop and improve their 21st-century skills to meet high international artistic standards and excel in dramatic performances. Our Cultural Theatre was officially inaugurated on May 4th, 2019. As part of our school's social responsibility, various school events are held and organized annually to raise funds for charitable institutions.

At NIS, we prioritize providing the highest quality and standard of education to our students, with a focus on our motto of "Students First." With the dedicated support of parents, we contribute to shaping our students' futures and preparing them for success.
